Important - read before using Vulnara

Vulnara is an automated security testing tool. You may only use it on systems and websites that you own outright, or for which you have obtained explicit, written permission to test. Using this tool on systems without authorization is illegal and constitutes unauthorized computer access under South African law and equivalent laws worldwide. By using Vulnara, you accept full legal responsibility for ensuring you have the necessary authorization before running any scan.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vulnara platform, including all web applications, APIs, browser extensions, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Vulnara Security (Pty) Ltd("Vulnara", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

#2. Authorized use only - this is non-negotiable

  • ORYou have obtained explicit written permission from the system owner that authorizes security testing.

Vulnara's scanning features are designed for legitimate security research and testing. We actively monitor for abuse and will immediately terminate accounts used for unauthorized testing. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

  • You bear full and sole responsibility for any scan you initiate, including all consequences on the target system (downtime, data loss, triggering rate limits, WAF blocks, etc.).
  • Vulnara shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • You indemnify and hold harmless Vulnara, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
